The Stableton Unicorn Index AMC is the world’s first index-following private market product, and gives easy access to some of the most exciting unicorns in the world. The product was developed in collaboration with Morningstar Indexes and seeks to best reflect the Morningstar® PitchBook® Unicorn Select 20 Index™. It contains some of the most innovative unicorns, such as Databricks, Revolut, Canva, and more.
Access Deals
Access deals are made available based on passive criteria or as a result of requests from our investment community. We monitor market prices and focus on sourcing and structuring the most attractive deals. We do, however, not conduct an analysis based on confidential financial information. Users do not receive detailed financials or forward-looking statements. Investors can participate in these tech leaders without any performance fee charged by Stableton. These investments tend to be larger companies like Canva, Klarna, and Epic Games.
Access Deals
Access deals are made available based on passive criteria or as a result of requests from our investment community. While market prices and other available information are assimilated and assessed, only limited confidential information may be obtained and cannot typically be shared with our investors. Users do not receive detailed financials or forward-looking statements. Investors can participate in these tech leaders without any performance fee charged by Stableton. These investments tend to be larger companies like Canva, Klarna, and Epic Games.

Curated deals are fundamentally attractive investments sourced by our expert team. Thorough due diligence is conducted, and we typically enjoy direct access to the management team as an integral part of a close company relationship. We aim to place the investment directly on the cap-table, which means detailed, forward-looking statements and regular, ongoing, updates. Previous investments included names such as Alto Pharmacy, Upgrade, and Bellabeat.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why are some fees paid upfront?
As an investor via Stableton, you won't specifically be charged any membership fees or upfront due diligence fees, nor are you obligated to commit capital upfront. Stableton covers all the costs for deal sourcing and due diligence work. However, an access fee will be charged at the time of investment to cover a portion of these expenses.
Why is there no performance fee?
In contrast to virtually all competitors, we do not charge a performance fee. Most competitors charge 20% or more. Stableton's mission is to provide superior access to growth equity and pre-IPO deals and portfolios. We therefore want to provide cost-efficient exposure to everyone. Furthermore, our focus is to give investors access to this asset class, instead of trying to guess which individual investments will do the best and charging a performance fee based on those predictions. Often, when you consider the extra costs of performance fees, we believe investors end up in a better financial position without such active views and bets.
What does the management fee cover?
Management fees compensate us for the ongoing product management, ensuring that we have the resources and expertise to make informed decisions, monitor performance, and provide updates over time. This ensures that your assets are being actively managed by professionals with the expertise to maximize returns while minimizing risk.
What does the administration fee cover?
Companies avoid accepting investments below a certain threshold to avoid fragmented cap tables and administrative burden. To participate in competitive investment rounds, investors need to be professionally pooled together, where certificates come into play, which are subject to an administration fee. In addition, these certificates with a Swiss ISIN also enable effortless subscriptions without paperwork and improved transferability and liquidity.
How do I receive reportings?
Our products have a quarterly report which you will receive via email if you have signed up on our platform. For curated deals, a signed NDA is required. All reports are also accessible via our platform.
